The left thoracic artery (LITA) originates natively from the subclavian artery and is sequentially connected to the diagonal branch and the LAD
The single vein grafts are centrally anastomosed to the ascending aorta. Both veins are stabilized externally with a metallic stent
- LITA side-to-side to the diagonal branch
- LITA end-to-side to the LAD
- Vein graft to the marginal branch with external stent (VEST)
- Vein graft to the right coronary artery with external stent (VEST)
